You don’t have to be a gymnast to do gymnastics! Dominique and her husband, Dr. Michael Canales, will pair up at your facility for a team-taught fitness workshop rooted in gymnastics principles. This seminar is designed for anyone interested in improving flexibility, strength and overall conditioning.
